Privacy Policy

This policy says what Peter Burkhardt, doing business as FOMO4NFT, a sole proprietorship at 515 East Fir Avenue, Lompoc, California 93436, United States ("FOMO4NFT", "we"), collects when you use the app at https://fomo4nft.com, why, who sees it, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

• Your X account. When you sign in with X we receive your X id, username, display name and avatar. We do not receive your X password, and we do not post to X for you.
• Wallets. The trading wallets of your account (for an app-held one, its encrypted key; for a Coinbase wallet, the identifier of your Coinbase wallet login and when your signing permission runs out), the wallets you connect or prove you control, and the transactions sent from or to them. Everything on a public chain is public by nature.
• What you do in the app. Your trades, positions, Copycat rules, subscriptions, posts, watchlist, giveaways and settings, and an audit log of the actions the app takes for you.
• Technical data. Your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you load, in server logs, for security and to keep the app working. Cookies hold your session and, while the site is private, the access password's proof.

What we never see. If you buy ETH with Apple Pay, Coinbase collects your phone number, email address, identity details and card inside its own page. None of that reaches us. We receive the order's id, amount and status, and a token that lets Coinbase recognise you as a returning buyer, which we store encrypted. We send Coinbase the amount, your IP address, the wallet of yours to deliver to, and an account reference.

What we use it for

• To run the app: show your account, send the transactions you ask for, run Copycat rules you set, and keep your subscription.
• To keep it safe: detect abuse, protect wallets and keys, and investigate problems.
• To show the social parts: your trades, positions, profit and loss, posts and leaderboard standing are public and shown with your X name.
• To improve the app, using aggregate measures of how it is used.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

• OpenSea, which builds the buys, mints and sales and gives the market data; it sees your trading wallet address and what you buy.
• Coinbase, for Apple Pay purchases, as described above.
• Relay, for bridges between chains; it sees the wallet addresses and amounts involved.
• Blockchain node providers, which receive the transactions and queries the app sends.
• Price and data services, such as DexScreener for the $CANNACAT price, which receive no personal data.
• Our hosting and database providers, which store the data for us under their security terms.
• The authorities, where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Account data stays while your account exists. The audit log and transaction records are kept as long as needed for security and the law. A wallet's recovery phrase is shown to you once and then deleted. Server logs are kept for a short period. If you ask us to close your account, we delete what we can; what is on the chain cannot be deleted, and we keep what the law requires.

How we protect it

App-held trading wallet keys are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM under a server key, bound to your account, and used only by a policy that allows a fixed set of transaction types. Coinbase wallet keys are held by Coinbase, never by us, and the same policy decides what is sent to Coinbase to sign, only while your permission stands. Sessions are signed cookies. Requests that change anything must come from the app's own pages. No system is perfectly secure, so keep in your trading wallet only what you mean to trade.

Your choices

• Withdraw ETH and NFTs to a wallet you control at any time.
• Add or remove the wallets you have proven, in Deposit and Withdraw.
• Sign out to end your session; clear your cookies to forget the device.
• Ask us to close your account or to see the data we hold, through the FOMO4NFT account on X.

Depending on where you live you may have further rights to access, correct, delete or move your data, or to object to its use. Ask and we will honour them where they apply.

Children

The app is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may change this policy. The date at the top says when it last changed; material changes will be announced in the app.
