About FOMO4NFT
FOMO4NFT is a web app for buying, minting and selling NFTs on Robinhood Chain, with friends. Collections, floors, live mints, a feed of calls, a leaderboard, and Copycat, which repeats the trades of wallets you choose. Every order is placed on OpenSea's marketplace and drop contracts; the app is a front end and a set of tools, not an exchange.
Who runs it
FOMO4NFT is operated by Peter Burkhardt, doing business as FOMO4NFT, a sole proprietorship, at 515 East Fir Avenue, Lompoc, California 93436, United States. Reach us through the FOMO4NFT account on X.
How money moves
- Your trading wallet. A new account gets a wallet of its own at Coinbase: Coinbase keeps the key for you, you sign in with an email code, and you can export the key. The app sends the buys, mints and sales you ask for, and runs the Copycat rules you set, only under a permission you grant for up to 30 days and can end any time. It signs nothing else. Older accounts have a wallet whose key the app holds, encrypted, until they move; its recovery phrase is shown once so you can take it over entirely. You can withdraw ETH and NFTs to a wallet you control at any time.
- Funding. You send ETH to your trading wallet from a wallet of your own, on Robinhood Chain or through a bridge you sign from Base, Arbitrum or Ethereum. In the US you can also buy ETH with Apple Pay through Coinbase. Coinbase sells the ETH and delivers it to a wallet you control, under Coinbase's terms; the app never touches the payment and does not receive the ETH.
- Subscriptions. Copycat and its larger plans are paid for by burning $CANNACAT, a token on Robinhood Chain, from a wallet of yours. The token is a means of payment here and nothing else; the app sells no goods.
- Giveaways. Free to enter, decided by a game score, with the prize provided by whoever runs the giveaway.
The documents
